New Yorker in Tondo and amelie
The New Yorker in Tondo is a type of sitcom comedy; it is a popular type of comedy. A humorous drama based on situations that might happen in everyday life. It was a good play because the story was having a direction where the main character actually performs well to make it a realistic story. The story revolves to a girl who happened to get a chance to experience a new kind of lifestyle when she tried to change her whole personality just to fit in that kind of lifestyle which happens to be. I think the story was perform well all the member contribute just to make it realistic and I like the part when the fight scene between Kikay-Francesca (MakotaAguillar), Nena - (Ejey) and Tony as (Adam Chase Cadiz.). It collides and had been shown that they really put a lot of effort in rehearsing and doing the part over and over again. The play was a success it balances all the elements that they’ve done in the play where drama, comedy and romance are perfectly combine together

What is the meaning of the sentence #1?
It’s good to be open minded, you’re open to changes, differences and adventure. If you are this kind of person then you are synergistic person, as for me I am an open minded person, I’m always open to changes because after all change is the only permanent thing in this world. I want to be adventurous in everything that I will do, I want to try lot of things even it is risky because if I don’t try there will be what ifs and regret, there’s no harm in trying and if we tried at one thing that we really want but not meant for us and eventually failed we can still say to ourselves that we tried, even though the result is unpredictable we should really try our best in everything that we do.
Being open minded is also being open by others differences and open by the idea of others, being adventurous. It’s good to be adventurous with others and not alone, for example there’s a group project, of course everyone’s idea is needed, you will explore as a group, you will not work alone, you will gain insights with your group mates. It feels too good that you have friends that are there for you taking the journey with you, it is called team work.
What is the meaning of the sentence #2?
We shouldn't be contented with what we have especially if we know that we can make it better, we shouldn't stop in just one dream we should keep on progressing. after achieving your goal you need to set them higher we should not stop learning. As human beings we should try new things in life and be not afraid of making a mistake because if ever we will fail we will learn something from it. And if we want to progress we need to learn, commit and do and do the things that we have learned and continue on learning, committing and doing. For example, as a student we should not stop learning because this is a continuous thing, we should not stop learning in classroom, instead we should continue learning and apply it effectively in our daily lives. Learning is tiring but really exciting, it’s exciting to discover new things, in this way it will help you progress as a person and be a better individual.
Marijuana
In recent years, there has been more and more discussion of marijuana, drug abuse, legalization, decriminalization, and addiction than at any time in the past. These discussions are no longer confined to college campuses now serious consideration is being given to these problems by legislators, judges, lawyers, and members of the medical profession. There are some who believe that legislators, judges, lawyers, and members of the medical profession. There are some who believe that legalization of marijuana use and possession and the decriminalization of other drugs are just around the corner, although others warn that such action must not to be taken without further study and research in the area of drugs and addiction. As far as I know I research, I read and analyzed about marijuana it make people delusion and hallucination that can harm people even though they don’t know what’s happening and sometimes they saw an imaginary thing like unicorn.
Marijuana legalization use, possession, or sale of marijuana is not legal in any jurisdiction in the United States. The possession of small amounts of the substance for personal use, however, is not treated as a criminal offense in some jurisdictions.
The focus of this statement is not the issue of the decriminalization of marijuana, although the significance and relevance of this question is recognized. Rather, the focus of this statement is in the issue of the legalization of marijuana for use, possession, and sale as a regulated substance within the context that alcohol and tobacco products are legalized and regulated. But federal government should legalize marijuana for medical purposes.
Medical marijuana has been shown to reduce the nausea associated with chemotherapy for cancer and the nausea associated with AIDS or from the use of AIDS medications (Medical). It has also been found beneficial in the treatment of glaucoma to reduce intraocular pressure, in multiple sclerosis to limit muscle pain and spasticity, to prevent epileptic seizures in some forms of epilepsy, and for the relief of chronic, debilitating pain in many disorders and injuries.
As my own opinion I don’t like marijuana to be legalized. The government have purpose to make it illegal and even though it have small amount of negative side effect it still can harm people. Just like alcohol it’s addicted. Both marijuana and alcohol have the ability to make people out of control. That why should be considered as bad from people’s health?

Beatitudes
Matthew 5: 1-11
When Jesus saw the crowds, he went up the mountain. He sat down and his disciples gathered around him. Then he spoke and began to teach them:
Fortunate are those who have the spirit of the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Fortunate are those who mourn, they shall be comforted.
Fortunate are the gentle, they shall posses the land.
Fortunate are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they shall be satisfied.
Fortunate are the merciful, for they shall find mercy.
Fortunate are those with a pure heart, for they shall see God.
Fortunate are those who work for peace, they shall be called children of God.
Fortunate are those who are persecuted for the cause of justice, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Fortunate are you, when people insult you and persecute you and speak all kinds of evil against you because you are my followers. Be glad and joyful, for a great reward is kept for you in God. This is how this people persecuted the prophets who lived before you.
1. “Blessed are the poor in Spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven.”
o God is on the side of the poor, the materially poor. They are the destitute, oppressed and powerless. They have no one to turn to, no one to defend them and to fight for their rights. They have no one except God in whom they put their trust.
o The “poor in spirit” refers to those who are not attached to their material possessions but use them for the service of others.
2. “Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.”
o Those who are afflicted with human sufferings which comes to us in many different forms, and who try their best to fight against the evil situations that cause their sufferings. And while doing so, they put their trust in God’s goodness. Then something good comes out of their suffering.
3. “Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.”
o The meek are people who have surrendered themselves completely to God. They have given up their worldly ambitions and have committed themselves to building God’s Kingdom of freedom, justice, peace and brotherhood in their societies. They are those who have committed themselves to social change through peace and non-violence.
4. “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.”
o In the Bible, “thirst” is often a symbol of an ardent desire for God. “Righteousness” refers to God’s saving will. This Beatitude means that those who work for justice or for God’s cause will not work in vain. God will satisfy their yearnings.
5. “Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy.”
o The merciful are the ones who understand the feelings and point of view of the others and can put themselves in the shoes of the others. Such persons are not only understating but also forgiving.
6. “Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.”
o The “pure in heart” are those who are upright, who are sincere in their motives. To be “pure in heart” does not simply mean to be chaste. To “see God” is to experience God’s presence which brings peace, joy, strength, and God’s protection. It is intimacy with God.
7. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”
o Peace, in Hebrew “shalom”, is the sum total of all that makes people contented. It is the serenity and contentment of a person who is in harmony with God, with others, with oneself, with nature.
o The peacemakers are not those who keep silent and do nothing because they are afraid to face issues and problems.
o The peacemakers are those who confront issues and problems and do their best to overcome obstacles to true peace. To be a “Son of God” is to be close to God.
8. “Blessed are those who are persecuted, for righteousness sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
o They are those who are persecuted and who suffer because they stand for what is right and just. They share in the sufferings of Christ. They shall also share his glory. Christians who dedicate their lives to Christ will have the joy of knowing that they are not suffering for the sake of something but for someone. Their reward will be God himself.
